CARNAVAL - SOMERSTREETS
Join us for Carnaval on Sunday, June 2nd, 2:00-6:00pm, with a rain date of Sunday, June 9th. The event is an artistic and cultural celebration of the diverse community of East Somerville.
Carnaval is back for its 14th year, bringing even more fun for everyone. Enjoy delicious food, family activities, live music, and explore over 30 vendors, restaurants, and artisans. Be entertained by performances from Esh Circus, Grooversity, Capoeira, Timba Messengers, Let’s Vamos, and more.
We’re thrilled to announce the return of our Parade! Meet us at 2:00 pm at the corner of Broadway and Garfield Street to see Samba Viva, Barranquilla Flavor, Open Circus, and other amazing artists.
Bring your family and friends to enjoy activities like the Dunk Tank, Parkour, Touch a Truck, Let's Get Truckin', and join us for an interactive dance class with Samba Viva. With three stages of live music and performances, there's something for everyone.
