I'm Here Now with Ken Field
Join Ken as he creates two improvisational pieces spontaneously using looping electronics, and also performs works by J. S. Bach and Charlie "Bird" Parker, which he's been madly practicing during this time of isolation. Ken is the leader of the Revolutionary Snake Ensemble, a long-time member of Birdsongs of the Mesozoic, a member of the Second Line Brass Band and the HONK! Festival Organizing Committee, and was the Somerville Arts Council's Artist of the Month in February 2019. He was named a Finalist in Music Composition by the Massachusetts Cultural Council in 2017. kenfield.org
